1. Shipping Protection Plan
Keep your order safe from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your hands.
What’s Covered:

How It Works:

Add Shipping Protection at checkout (applied per order).

Protection covers only the products in that order.

Service cannot be added after checkout or cancelled once shipped.

In case of loss, theft, or damage, start a claim directly via Xcotton’s portal (link in your email).
Reminder:
Please double-check your shipping address and inspect your package upon arrival. Issues should be reported to support@xcottons.com as soon as possible.

Coverage Duration & Cost:

Choose 1–3 years of protection depending on the product.

Pricing varies by item and coverage period (shown at checkout).

Coverage begins from the date your product is shipped.
How to Enroll:

Add the protection plan during checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your coverage details once your product ships.
Claims Process:

If your product has an issue, use the link in your confirmation email to file a claim.

Xcotton’s claims specialists will guide you step by step.

Our store will assist as needed during the process.
Returns & Exchanges:

If you return or exchange a product covered by a plan, notify us promptly.

Plan coverage may be adjusted or cancelled according to the protection provider’s terms.
Cancellation:

You may cancel within 45 days for a full refund (if no claim has been made).

After 60 days, a prorated refund may apply, minus any claims or admin fees.
